This villa is located in Almayate Costa 5 minutes from Torre del Mar.
On entering you will find an entrance corridor from which you enter the guest-WC with a wall mounted toilet, a walk-in-wardrobe, bedroom no.2 and of course the large lounge which leads to the dining-area.
A fan-assisted semi-circular fire-place with gas-employment is available for efficient heating during some cooler days.
Two doors open out to the swimming pool and to the dining-area-terrace.
From the dining-area you enter the large fully fitted integrated kitchen and a separate storage-room with an electric water heater and with connections for a washing machine. The kitchen is L-shaped and equipped with a touch-control ceramic hob, a separate high build baking-oven, vapour departure, dishwasher, large refrigerator (height 4’ 2”, width 1’ 10”) granite work surface with double Eurostone-sink and a one-hand water tap with a pull out dish-shower. There is also a granite table to use as a dining or working place.
The master-bedroom has an en suite bathroom with an Aquakit-shower, a wall mounted toilet and a washbasin built in to a granite surround. From the master bedroom a door is leading out to the swimming-pool terrace.
Underneath the staircase to the upper level is a small supply room which houses the electric fuses and another electronic water heater.
The staircase is made of white marble and leads to a corridor from where you enter bedrooms no. 3 and 4 and a bathroom with a hydraulic massage bath tub and also a wall mounted toilet. From both bedrooms as well as from the upper corridor you can enter directly the large roof terrace.
The illuminated Pool is kidney-shaped, it has a poolside shower and measures about 30 x 15 ft (9 x 4.5 m). The water surface is about 366 ft² (34 m²) and the depth ranges from 4 ft to 6 ft (1,25 m to 1,85 m). There is a separate pump- and filtering room connected to the garages.
The two garages are equipped with electricity and a water tap with sink.
